Day is Night and Night is Day

Mr. Gillen has his days and nights mixed up. He sleeps like a rock throughout the day regardless of Big Brother's noise level or what we are doing. He eats about every two hours during the day, cluster feeds from 4-11pm and then sleeps from 12-4am.

Wide awake 4-530ish

Sleeps on me from 530-730(8) depending on when Owen wakes up.

It's WAAAAY more sleep than I was getting with Mr.Owen this early on so I'm not complaining and hoping it stays this way (famous last words of a parent....)

He won't sleep in the cosleeper, but he will sleep swaddled in the bouncer for a little while so we're doing that for now. Like any snuggly newborn, he prefers to sleep on Mama's chest so we do that a lot too. Anything to get some rest.

We do everything we can to try to keep him awake in the evening hours so that he'll give us that 4-hour stretch at night.
