Meeting the GRANDS

Little O is a VERY lucky boy in the grandparent department. He has six grandparents and seven living great grandparents. All six grandparents were here to greet him during his first week of life - and each of them was more smitten than the next.

Four of his grandparents were in the delivery room when he was born (I will get Owen's birth story posted very soon, I promise!)

Grammie was one of the first people to meet Owen.

As you can see, our little one is not hurting for hugs, cuddles or babysitters anytime soon.

    aww, grandparent love is so special :)


    and thanks for the recommendations! lol, great minds think alike cuz i've read both! glass castle was the perfect non-fiction - reads like fiction but true. sad that its true, too.

    red tent was really good. i wasn't 100% on the same page theologically/biblically with her, but i love the "what if" stories surrounding things from the bible.

    and i WISH our cats cared about the squirt bottle - they could give a hoot!
